Your donation can be made on occasion or on a regular basis. There are three options available to you:

1) Visit our website www.arts-orford.org and simply click on the Canadon logo and securely make your contribution online.

2) Fill out the form, enclose your donation by way of cheque or money order (no cash), and send it by mail along with your personal information so that we can issue you an official tax receipt. Please do not forget to indicate if you want your contribution to be confidential.

>>Gift of securities

Do you want to make a donation of shares or securities?

Donating publicly traded shares, savings bonds, shares of mutual funds, or other similar securities, is one of the most beneficial ways, tax wise, for you to give to a non-profit. It is to your advantage to arrange for the transfer of securities, rather than donate the proceeds from their sale. Like all donations, official receipts for tax purposes will be issued.

>> Planned giving

With planned giving you can contribute to the education of tomorrow's greatest musicians. Whether it is through a bequest of money, works of art, musical instruments, or even any personal possession or insurance policy, your support will help maintain our international-quality training.

>> Gift in memoriam

Honour the memory of a loved one.

After the death of a loved one, many people like to make donations in their name to a charity organization. In Memoriam donations are a generous gesture we make to express our sympathy to the family and relatives of the departed. The Orford Arts Centre offers this service for families of the deceased, and takes charge of sending an In Memoriam card of your choice to the funeral home. The Orford Arts Centre will send the family a letter as part of your gift, without mentioning the amount of your donation. A receipt for tax purposes will automatically be issued for donations of $10 or more.

>> Corporate giving

For many years, a growing number of companies have contributed to the success and development of the Orford Arts Centre. This support allows us to maintain our high artistic standards and distinguish ourselves as much in the world of education and the presentation of classical music, as in the general cultural milieu.

By associating yourself with an arts organization that enjoys an excellent reputation both nationally and internationally, you can achieve your philanthropic goals while at the same time participate in projects that make a real difference, every day, to the organization.

Support the Orford Arts Centre by participating in the Scholarship Fund, the Young Audiences Program, or by providing your support to special projects such as our fundraising activities.
